I had such a wonderful experience working with Lauren and her team throughout the entire process of buying my home. From beginning to end, they were professional, knowledgeable, patient and always available whenever I had a question or needed guidance.Buying a home can be stressful and overwhelming, but Lauren made the whole process feel so much easier. She was always looking out for my best interests, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with every decision.I truly appreciate all the time, effort, and care Lauren and her team put into helping me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We’ve worked with Lauren twice for buying and selling a home in Jensen Beach, and she is truly the best realtor to have on your side. As a younger couple and now a growing family, having someone so professional, kind, and thoughtful guiding us through the process made all the difference. We had pretty specific house and location requirements, and Lauren stayed patient and focused on helping us find the right home. She makes what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable, and her guidance on listing price and negotiating offers has always been spot on.We can’t recommend Lauren and the SP Collective team enough. 10/10 experience.

We are beyond grateful for the incredible job our family friend/sister did helping us sell our late grandfather’s home. Navigating the sale of a loved one’s house is never easy — it’s emotional, overwhelming, and filled with important decisions. Having someone we trust both personally and professionally made all the difference. From the very beginning, Lauren approached everything with compassion, patience, and complete professionalism. She understood the sentimental value the home held for our family while also guiding us with clear, knowledgeable advice about pricing, staging, and marketing. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, the house sold in just two days!Lauren’s communication was constant, transparent, and reassuring throughout the entire process. She handled every detail smoothly, making what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and even seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to represent our family during such an important time. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who truly cares, works tirelessly, and delivers outstanding results, we highly recommend Lauren Purkey & Patrick Sean @SP Collective.Thank you again for helping us close this chapter with such care and success.- The Stinson Family
